Every event is designed from scratch, with a goal of creating zero waste. We use organic ingredients, hand-selected from local growers and artisans. We are committed to hiring those with a passion for food and the environment, and believe in complete transparency—from where and how we source our ingredients to how we develop our pricing. By sharing our love of food and the environment with our clients and our community, we hope to become a resource for those looking to live and entertain more consciously, remaining authentic to both our clients’ visions and our mission.
Our Clients Say
“I’m so happy to have connected with Chive and the amazing women who run it! We hired them for a workshop, and now I can’t imagine having an event without them. In addition to amazing food, the flowers and the setting in general were just gorgeous and right in line with our vision.”
As far as we’re concerned, sustainability and great taste go hand in hand. We source locally, adapt seasonally, and execute ethically to offer food that we, and our clients, can feel good about. Our approach to creating meals is 100 percent ingredient-driven, and our menus are hyper-customized to suit the specific tastes and needs of our clients and their guests. Meals are clean and simple, but never boring, often incorporating a variety of flavor profiles, whether it’s the sweet and sharp finish of fresh citrus or the intense, savory melding of local vegetables and meats with world spices.
Custom Design: Floral, Lighting, Signage, and Props
We take a thoughtful and highly customized approach to design for all types of events, from weddings to corporate parties. Everything is locally-sourced, from the New England-grown florals to the signage created in our studio to the various support props sourced from our own extensive inventory. We can also handle candles and lighting, and can custom-build such pieces as altars, chuppahs, and bars. Design services are available as part of a full-service package or, for events other than weddings, a la carte.
